Order Questions.
Keep the answers short and clear so customers understand the process without hunting around the site.
Can I mix different Editions?
Yes. You can split your 7-case or 14-case order across any of the Editions still available. Every case contains 5 units.
Do I have to select exactly 7 or 14 cases?
Yes. The special is based on those two fixed bundle sizes. Each case contains 5 units, so 7 cases equals 35 units and 14 cases equals 70 units.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Free shipping is included with both one-week special offers.
When do I pay?
No payment is taken when you submit the page. We confirm and prepare the stock first. Once the order is ready to ship, we will call you for payment or send a secure payment link.
How is age verified?
You must confirm you are 18+ to access the site and provide your date of birth with the order request. Before payment or dispatch, our team carries out an additional age check. If age cannot be confidently confirmed, valid photographic identification may be requested and the order will not be fulfilled until verification is complete.
