Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that apply to you under consumer law.
Consumer Orders
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exclusions set out below.
If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please contact us at sales@vapewholesaleireland.ie within the applicable cancellation period.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, the goods must be returned without undue delay and, where the applicable law requires, within 14 days of notifying us.
Products should be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Vape Products, E-Liquids and Sealed Goods
For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return for a product where a hygiene or tamper seal has been broken or where sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons have been unsealed after delivery.
This may include, where applicable:
disposable or prefilled vaping products that have been opened or unsealed
e-liquids where the seal has been broken
mouthpieces or similar products that have been opened or used
any product showing signs of use, tampering or contamination
This restriction does not remove your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your name, order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please do not dispose of a damaged or faulty product until we have confirmed whether it needs to be returned.
Incorrect Items or Missing Goods
Please check your delivery when it arrives.
If you believe an item is missing or you have received an incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order details so that we can investigate.
Where we have made an error, we will arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Where you have a statutory right to cancel an order, returned goods must be kept in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
For products excluded from cancellation rights because they have been unsealed for health or hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once the relevant seal has been broken.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or we otherwise agree to cover the cost, you are normally responsible for the cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Do not return goods without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Refunds
Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where applicable consumer cancellation rights apply, refunds will be handled within the periods required by law. Under UK distance-selling rules, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Original Delivery Charges
Where a consumer validly exercises a statutory cancellation right, any refund of the original delivery charge will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Additional costs arising because you selected a premium or enhanced delivery method may not be refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option where permitted by law.
Sale and Promotional Items
Sale or promotional pricing does not remove your statutory rights.
An item purchased as part of a promotion may still qualify for a remedy if it is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
Any change-of-mind return remains subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions in this policy.
Business and Wholesale Orders
Where goods are purchased wholly or mainly for business, trade or resale purposes, statutory consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
Returns of correctly supplied business or wholesale stock are accepted only where agreed by us in advance.
Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or defective goods should still be reported promptly so that we can investigate and agree an appropriate resolution.
Large wholesale or clearance orders may have additional terms communicated before payment is taken.
Orders Cancelled Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel it.
Where payment has already been taken and cancellation is accepted, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
For orders placed through our current order-request system, no payment is taken when the request is submitted. Our team first checks and prepares the available stock. We will then contact you for payment or send you a secure payment link once the order is ready to ship.
Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was provided, the parcel was refused, or delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before the goods can be resent.
Any refund due will be assessed in accordance with your applicable statutory rights and the circumstances of the returned shipment.
